Monroe, NY. A burst of light causes area-wide power outages and the complete failure of all electronic devices. All within line-of-sight of the burst are affected. Their minds short-circuit. The name of the episode is "Entertainment or Death", it premieres on February 1st, 2015 on haywireseries.com, and it's one of my favorites. I'm always excited to release a new installment, and this one qualifies and then some. I think we managed to capture most of what Haywire is all about. There's suspense and action, comedy as well as drama, all with the Haywire feel. For example:
We have a "bad guy" faceoff (yes, that's me. No, I don't speak. You're welcome.)
We have big guys on a bridge.
We have some serious issues in a creepy lab.
We even drop by a graveyard.
So there's plenty to dig into in Episode 22. It was a blast to make and I'm thinking a blast to watch. But make no mistake - its got some heavy stuff going on. After all, there's more than one word in the title.
