Production hits its stride
Sections of four episodes have been completed as Haywire rolls full steam into production on Season 2. Haywire's second season will feature a great deal of story weaving, touching on multiple threads in each episode, a format utilized in Season 1's finale episode, Convergence (#12). Over the course of eight Season 2 episodes, you will see more characters and more often, assuring you won't go too long without seeing what each player is up to in the madhouse of Monroe.
With lots of production ahead of us, the team got working at maximum power, attacking portions of Episodes 14, 15, 16 and 17. First up was a visit to a wooded Monroe path to collide some familiar characters. No spoliers, but I'm feeling awful good about the entertainment value coming your way on this one. Jesus Marimba!
Clockwise: Luis Martinez, John Lenihan, Gabe Fieramosco, Jillian Phipps, Dee Wassell, Arlene So and Dan Reilly
Later that day, it was on to Maria's Breakfast and Lunch in Monroe's Federal Plaza on 17M to finish up a three-episode-spanning confrontation of series familars.
From left: Jillian Phipps, Jessica Buck, Ken Sharp, Maria Sauer, Michael Edan, Rebecca Nyahay and Gabe Fieramosco.
Many thanks to cast and crew as well as Maria's owner Maria Sauer for a fantastic day of production. Can't wait to see the efforts on screen!
